Q: Is the construction equipment used on site tier 3 or tier 4 construction equipment (Trucks)?  Will there be a “No Idling” sign posted at the site? Where will it be posted?

A: Per the construction management plan, trucks cannot idle more than 5 minutes. As of July 9^th, there is not a “No Idling” sign posted on site due to the limited availability of space on the construction fencing, however, once the construction management plan is in place, there will be additional fencing space erected and a “No Idling” sign will be posted. This will likely take place in the last week of July. Drill Tech and Evans Brothers have confirmed that the equipment on site is Tier 3 or better. Further, the Drill Tech/ Evan Brothers fleet is California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliant overall.
